DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
We charge by the service time. We charge at the start of the work and finish when the job is done. Our service invoice will list all our charges and confirm with our customer before our crew starts. Please do not worry. You will not be overcharged or discharged. We do not have any hidden charges, and our crew is always welcome if you have any concerns during the service.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept cash, credit, debit, and e-transfer. Once we receive payment, we will send you a receipt.
DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE?
We guarantee we will do all our moving in the right way. We understand there are so many uncertainties during the move; even though all our crew is well trained and full of experience, some unexpected situations still happen during the moving job. We cannot guarantee the service time or the final service charge; however, we can guarantee we do our job in the right way.
